This pasta salad goes with every dish in the summer and in my opinion elevates your whole meal. I actually crave this recipe every summer and have been making it for years.

I’m always looking for a great Mediterranean dish that is easy and delicious. I love these meatballs because you can make a bunch and freeze them. They are great in a lot of different dishes. I added them here with a yogurt sauce, pickled onions and pita.

This recipe is a favorite in our household. A little different take on your regular chili. Pair this soup with a cheesy quesadilla.
